Chawlk is operated by Luxus & Invoco, Inc. This policy covers the Chawlk app, web app, and website.

Information we use

We process account information such as your email address, sign-in identifier, and profile information provided by your sign-in service; team membership and invitations; game names, video, audio, drawings, and related clip information; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and device or recording status.

Camera, microphone, and selected photo or file access are used for recording and importing footage. Cloud features upload footage so authorized team members can review it on other devices.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide recording, storage, replay, team access, exports, support, billing, and security. Team film is available to authorized team members. People who download or export film can share their copies outside Chawlk.

We use service providers including Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication and hosted data, Cloudflare for website hosting, Apple and Google for optional sign-in, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment details entered into Stripe are processed by Stripe. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Team footage is retained until an authorized user deletes it or it is otherwise removed as part of account or service administration. Generated web export downloads expire after one day; source footage is separate. Account deletion removes your sign-in account and membership access, but does not automatically delete shared team footage. Limited security, deletion, and billing records may remain where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can manage device permissions in system settings, delete eligible clips and games in Chawlk, and request account deletion in Team settings. Team owners must transfer ownership before deleting their account. Contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.

Youth sports footage

Chawlk is designed for coaches and team staff. Do not create an account if you are under 13. Teams are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to record and share footage, including footage of minors.
