Delete your account

You can delete your Chawlk account without installing the app.

Delete online

Sign in to Chawlk on the web, open Settings, and choose Delete my account. Review the teams and clubs listed before confirming.

Request help by email

Email [email protected] from your Chawlk account email with the subject “Chawlk account deletion.” We will verify account ownership before processing your request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

After confirmation, your account, uploaded plays, and shared whiteboards are removed within 24 hours. Owned teams and clubs listed in the confirmation, including all their film, are also deleted. To keep an owned team or club, transfer ownership first.

Other coaches’ film in teams you do not own remains. Copies previously downloaded or exported by other people cannot be recalled. Limited security, deletion, and billing records may be retained where needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel Google Play, Apple, or web subscriptions separately to prevent further charges.
