as i dont know much about copyrighting , i ask you rulers if there's a free Creative Commons like copyrighting agency that i can use for my weblog .
You must know that as i am on morocco , i can't use Creative Commons !
( PS : i have ennemis on the web who copy my contents , use google bombing for my blog's name ... to definitively destroy my weblog :-( ) .

I've never checked it out myself, but I know some people use it: Copyscape. Maybe they do what you're after?
So, CC doesn't apply to Morocco? Mm, didn't know that.

You really need to get in touch with a good Intellectual Property lawyer.
IP lawyers are the ones who handle copyrights. I asked one of my lawyers about this and he said IP lawyers go to school for an additional 30 or so hours, and their degrees are much harder than the normal JD a regular lawyer has.
He said I should get in touch with an IP lawyer about copyright issues I had. So, I think you should get in touch with one too. :)

I agree with the suggestion of using an attorney. Unless someone lives where you do the advice given here might not be accurate.

I found an Intellectual Property lawyer but it will cost too much for me , so i can't use anything free like CC or DMCA ?
