Harvest is great. I tested it out a while back and thought it worked very well. I personally think it's best for small businesses with more then one person though as it has a lot of multi-user functionality and great reporting from all users and projects.
You may also be interested in Tick. I wrote a review about Tick over at Solution Watch the other day. It's in private beta but signup to the list and give it a try when you get the chance.
