Which do you use myspace, facebook or virb? And which one do we think it's better. Does it ultimately come down to where your friends are?

I'm a Facebook girl for its popularity (so many friends on there), ability to simply keep in touch (less about how many friends you have and more about what people are up to in life), and privacy features.

i use MySpace and facebook. It does kinda come down to where your friends are. I find that they attract different crowds overall. Everyone knows MS as though it were in some "Read Me" that came with the ISP. Most people I know on fb were invited. I prefer fb because it is clean and you can read the profiles, MS on the other hand is so cluttered now, people hear customize and lose their minds. I turn off the CSS when viewing friends profiles. Most of my friends are on MS.

MySpace: no way.
FB: I see that as a directory where people can find me. I don't see the point in "going there" to do... what? I don't care for it much anymore what with the pokes and the games.
Virb: got invite, registered, lost interest. I hear it's an okay place for music and design, but I see zero interactivity there.
It's Twitter and 9rules for me.

Like Nils, MS is a big no way for me. I've got a few friends who use it and for their sakes I've tried but... I just can't get into it.
I'm mainly a twitter person, backed up by Facebook (and of course 9rules). I use Facebook because I actually know the majority of the people I have friended on there and it is very handy to keep in touch with some of my friends who insist on flitting round the country each week so I have no idea where they physically are, or who persist in loosing their mobile phones *rolleyes* Thinking of one person in particular, the only way I can reliably get in touch with her is FB.

I like a few features of facebook, but the apps are really starting to get annoyng. I'd love if virb took hold. It's clean and simple. Myspace is scary and gross.

I have profiles on all 3 and I have to say that i like virb. It's cleaner and it's customization is much easier than FB or MS. Much more professional and polished appearance which allows for better marketing and presentation.

myspace is full of spamers and frauds
facebook is flooded with useless apps
i dont know much about virb but its got to be better
