I turn on dynamic pages under MovableType. However the homepage wont show up. It gives me a page not found error. How would I fix this.

The other annoying thing is that even though i turned on dynamic pages, it still uses .html at the end of pages such as index.html or archives.html

How would I fix this annoying thing.
