I have no time to stand and stare

Strange how the world keeps getting busier and busier. I constantly meet people who say they have no time to get out and spend some time with themselves in the outdoors.
This past few weeks, I actually feel jealous of them. at least they aren't immersed in the outdoors and still too busy to enjoy :(
My company, Wide Aware is an extention of my passion for the outdoors, and my committment to only provide experiences I would love to repeat guarantees me lasting customers.
I've been working my legs off for 4 months now. Outbound adventure groups of course. Yet the success that I struggled so hard to find, is something I find myself resenting at times. I'm not big enough to afford plentiful staff yet, and I'm already too busy to be able to manage the show comfortably without added resources. So my sance goes on. Having a blast in the outdoors, yet far away from the serene idyll that I keep longing for.
Hopefully, I will soon be able to afford more staff and have more time for my own adventures.

greetings free spirit nomad -- i think you're a perfect example of how following your passion can often be more work than resigning ourselves to mediocrity. hopefully you can start concentrating on time saving measures and start enjoying the outdoors again. best of luck, ian.

Yeah. Thanks! I can't have it all. I already have a profession whre its so much what I want to do, that payment seems like a bonus for having a blast.
I guess my serene idylls can wait :)

I'd suggest growing a beard and taking the following into the closest, far away mountain you can find:
1 donkey, stubborn and packed with beef jerky and assorted liquor
1 goat, male
1 goat, female
1 dog, for protection against things that like to eat donkeys & people & such
1 woman, willingly ripe for the taking
With a combination like that, you surely couldn't get much more serene and idyllic. At least not for me. 8}>

Growing the beard is definitely the one essential part of that suggestion... :P
