ooooo -- 9lives, very nice rickcurran. Or 9live, since you are, after all.... LIVE! Except if you read that quickly it looks like "olive." And I don't think that's what you're after.

How about:
"3's Company"
"3 on 9"
"3 rules"
"Mike Tyme" (as in time on the microphone :S)
"3 Thyme's"
"MTS" (or 3STM, STM, TSM, TiMiS)
that's it for now ;)

oh what about:
"ST3M" (and St3M Cast)
"M3TS"
"Party of 3"
"RulesCast" (RulerCast, RuleCast and so on...)
"3to9" (don't ask :S)
"Tymeless"
"Tymed"
"Tymeout"
"TyMiSc"

I'm liking "Tymes2" You OWN those guys on the podcasts Tyme. I love the way they go on and on and then you laugh and straighten them out. (Not to get all women vs. men here, but you do.)
Another reasoon I like Tymes2 is because, like all great things in which the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, you guys add up to more than three when you get together.
But I still think I like 9lives the best.

Thank you bloglily! :)
A decision has been made. We wanted a name where the domain name wasn't taken, so many were lost because of that. In the end we ended up picking one close to one someone suggested (because the domain was taken.
3by9 (based on matthewpaver's 3on9). Congrats!
As you can hear, Scrivs came up with it, and we were speechless the domain wasn't taken. It's only 34 seconds long. I edited it for the decision because we talked a long time going through domains and such.
Thanks again!

I just gave you some points. I'm so sorry, my humble apologies.
Say a prayer at my funeral. Scrivs is going to kill me for giving away that many points. Gotta live dangerously! :)

Oh, wow, thanks Tyme. You know, I didn't think of the points bit until after I posted this. I felt a bit silly and greedy when I noticed that.
But yay! I can go give now!
Cheers ;-)

How does this sound?
"T3: Rise of the Machines"
If you're allowed to screw around with the chronology, you could even have:
"T3: Judgement Day"
Or:
"The Tri-Neat-y"
Or maybe:
"Tryst" OR
"In-Tryst-ing" OR
"Trickle of Thoughts"
OR maybe;
"ScrivsTyme with Mike"
How about simply,
"Mike Scrivs Tyme"
I know, sounds kinds perverted, doesn't it?

I go for the "9cast" Simple! 9by3 sounds like "workshoppy". But, if that's the guys' decision, why not?

Not straying too far from the original 'ScrivsTyme' why not go with "MiScrivsTyme" (pronounced: My Scrivs Time) ?

"Boring"?
heh, just kidding :)
how about:
32
that is, 3 squared. The fact that the 2 isn't mini and in the upper corner make it look like the number thirty two, which will BLOW PEOPLE'S MINDS.
note: i have been drinking tonight.
