Thought it was so funny when Meredith got hit by the car. I went back and back to replay it because it was just so funny. And the expression on her face, LOL!

I am a huge Office fan, but this season hasn't done it for me yet. I think the hour long episodes are lacking plot - the season premiere felt like two half-hour episodes pushed together. There is room for so much more story in an hour than I feel like they are giving us. Although, there has been a lot of Creed, and that is always a good thing.

I feel the complete opposite; I'm loving this new season. I've been watching The Office since season 1, and so far this season feels the strongest out of the gate. I can see already were in for some big surprises this season.
However, I do agree with you about the hours feeling like two half hour episodes. That's because each half hour is a day, so the hour episodes are covering two days. But, I think I actually like it that way. Having two days at once allows us to see the crazy effects of my Michael's antics.

I just caught up on the first two this season (since we were watching the DVD's) and I think it aligns quite nicely. Dunno about Ryan's 'Miami Vice' beard but technology rules!
Just because I'm not totally superstitious, just a little 'stitous' I'm withholding judgement. :)

I still haven't seen this season yet and I'm falling behind now. I will catch up though, I promise you that!

I agree with jonshoe. This season seems a little strained to me.

I got behind last season and just recently caught up before the new season started. I wasn't exactly sure how it would work out because it was a given that Pam and Jim would get together and that conflict was a huge part of the plot. But I have to say that I'm loving this season so far.
