Somehow "pretty babe" just doesn't... I mean, the meaning's there, but... it's like trying to fit two pieces of a jigsaw puzzle that sort of seem to go together, then one sorta doesn't, and you're left there kinda wondering what the heck just went on. You know what I mean? I mean, is there such thing as a "ugly babe" in this context? What about an "average babe"? I mean, I guess there could be an average babe, but I sorta think that by definition a "babe" would have to be "pretty", so isn't saying "pretty babe" a bit redundant?
