2 CommentsI've been asked to help with a Non-profit organization to lend a hand setting up a site - the idea has been brainstormed and I haven't been able to think of a out-of-the-box CMS that will be able to run all of this that is easy and simple to use.
Basically the site has been broken down to 3 areas;
'Curious' - Personal Blogs / Mini Social Networking Profiles. Where Queer Youth can connect with each other and share there experiences. Also with Articles about coming out in New Zealand.
'SS4Q' - New and Information about SS4Q.
'Groups' - A Place for Queer Youth Groups. Information on setting one up and ones in surrounding areas.

I think is depends on what you mean by "connect with each other and share their experiences." ExpressionEngine is highly customizable and a non-profit license is only $100, so you could look into that. Maybe run your requirements by their pre-sales dept.
