I would like to ask you something about your Gtd System.
Mine is pretty fine, i'm using this setup since last year and it works.

I take notes on the way with my Moleskine or with my Nokia N95 voice recorder.

For big projects i use a Mac software called Things which is really good (but doesnt have iCal integration).

When im working on Windows machines i use simple txt To-Do files, because i still cant find a good software.

The problem i still have for my setup in the calendar.
I use a Moleskine Agenda to take notes of things, then i sync it all with Google Calendar.
I guess this is what i still have to do better.
I dont know, but i still think this way to manage calendars is not the best.

How do you solve the problem? How do you manage your meetings in your Gtd Setup?
