I had the concept for this shot already, but got lucky on the angle of the sun and it became very dramatic! Click for larger version.

I've got to mow the yard tomorrow, and I wanted to get a shot of the clover before I mowed it all down.

Had to add this one, taken a few minutes before my other shot. This would fit in the next theme as well!

So is there a winner or is this just a "show us what you can do?

We're making it up as we go along - but at the moment it's just 'show us what you can do'. I think it's better to just challenge yourself to take a photo that matches the theme, rather than making it a competition - I think having to pick winers, maybe organise a vote and such like will just slow things down and generate a lot of unneccesary conversation.

I've been giving points away to people for ones I really like and it looks like other people are doing the same.

Having said all that, If anyone has any ideas for making this better, please post them :)
