Blueberry muffin!
Precious review, too bad I missed it.
Thanks for the tip! They / we've been thinking about selling this kind of stuff. Not because we want to make big money but we thought people might be interested and we love getting together, listen music, drink some wine and craft.
I really love this thread, the results are amazing. A nice seemingly random (but actually not so random) collection of pictures.
Marilyn Manson at Pinkpop 2007 with 2,505 views:
I'm amazed it turned out so well because five minutes before Marilyn Manson came on stage a severe thunderstorm poured enormous amounts of rain over us so I had to quickly wrap my camera in a plastic bag and pretty much shot photos without looking, trying to catch mister Manson while attempting to keep my camera dry.
If they ever open a franchise here I'll be their first customer :)
LOL. That was fun ;)
Good question, for now I have my blog as a dynamic homepage, but I can see myself changing things in the near future. Currently my blog is my homepage but I think I will be changing it to be a part of my homepage.
I am also thinking about a static frontpage, with links to my blog, resume, photos and other things. I don't know about SEO and PR but I can't see it hurting much.
I do think the homepage has to be interesting enough not to be just a linkdump to all the other pages. I often see that and it bugs the hell out of me.
Did you see the retro iPhone?
I forgot eat. But I drink & eat, don't worry ;)
My thesis. Must be done. Soon. Job. Nice. Want. Have. Thesis must be finished. Tomorrow. E-mail. Done. Lots of writing to do. Thesis. Sleep. Thesis.
Thanks for sharing. Now I'll start being patient :)
We have party for a friend who is leaving for Singapore tonight. He is getting a Return - Home keychain. Hahahaha!
With my nose touching the floor, or just in general? :)
The LOLcat bible made me ROFL rilly hard ;)
And anything that xkcd.com publishes (see Vidar's first pic) is brilliant!
Thanks for the great response, I'll pass it on!! I'd been away for a few weeks and in the meanwhile they'd been pixelpushing to the max :)
And number 1 and 3 have pins so I can wear them as jewelry ;)
New Year's resolution: Another attempt at 365 because it makes such good reflective material!
I just wanted to share these photos of the incredible hand-made birthday gifts my friends gave me. They rock!!
1. My friends (including my non-geeky friends) often call me "the Web 2.0 Girl"
2. Notebooks for Random Access Memory
3. Extra memory and my avatar in pixels.
4. Control-Alt-Delete (if I ever lose my keys again)
As I am a hurry (I am currently writing a thesis on this subject that is due SOON) Tyme pretty much sums up my argument.

It’s the definitions, bloggers.

I love web history
I'd disagree with you that a "Blog is speachless." Most blogs are enabled to automatically send and receive pinbacks which gives the blog a voice. But I have a very different take on blogs, I see them as vitalic units ;)

And I can't believe this but at night I now floss.
Don't worry, I started using toothpicks. My dentist's #1 recommendation.
Saw it last week, blew me away. What an incredibly dark movie with excellent mood setting scenes.
Yes, indeed, it's a classic in the making. GO SEE IT!
I dislike services that make me grab for a dictionary.
My English is pretty decent, but 'percolating' ? OK I looked it up.

That job I've nearly got.
We are celebrating Sinterklaas today which is the Dutch equivalent of Santa but Sinterklaas is way cooler.

He gave me a new Wacom tablet. WHOOHOOO!
So if Santa is still coming (he sometimes doesn't because Sinterklaas already dropped by) I'd be happy with basic stuff for my house. Plants, towels, basics.
Dual flush is pretty common here.
What about a water saving repository? Almost all cheap toilets here have one. If you press the flush softly it will just flush 1/2 the amount of water. Would be the answer to all your problems!
Oldskool solution: put a brick in your repository, it will load less water.
Outside? My odd gene combination of thick black eyebrows and blonde hair.
Inside? I will fight for it & my ability to cheer up people
I loved that column in the New York Times on the first episodes of SS now considered not to be suitable for preschool children.
Cookie Monster was on a fast track to diabetes. Oscar’s depression was untreated. Prozacky Elmo didn’t exist.
Hilarious.
Chimpanzees have a better short term memory than humans:
Nice little movie (in Dutch but you get the gist)
They chimps performed better and faster.

But on a serious note Thunderbird because Thunderbirds are GO!
I love the Chaser's War on Everything, especially their Trojan Horse stunt.
Globalization galore! After all the world is flat (Friedman)
Or there's a glitch in the tracking software ;)
My apartment was built in 1901 and currently on Amsterdam's demolishing list as the cracks are gaining ground over the once solid construction. Needless to say, I have tons of pets.
I feed my pets poisonous blue candy which supposedly kills them and dries them out from the inside. Haven't heard or seen one for a while. It's quiet.

I covered my conference blogging troubles and solutions in a post titled More Tips for Conference Blogging
Enjoy the Bwards! I am preparing for the Dutch Bloggies awards in a few weeks. It will be a slightly different post though since I've been asked to be a jury member. I spent the past few weeks looking at hundreds of unknown Dutch blogs and discovered some new beauties. Excellent.
