Every emotion that can be felt is swirling around inside me. Not knowing what’s going to happen from day to day while our lives begin to recklessly intertwine is creating an ocean in my stomach. The sacrifice that's made on my part is not a small one, and now the communication has been lost for the insight of tomorrow because of the truth that needed to be told. Now I wait for an answer that I feel maybe the one that puts me down, having so many people to care for in my life the pressure is enormous. I wish I could tell you the details, but it's too much. Have you guys to talk to is what I needed. No one else in my life to trust on this issue.

Train your mind to switch thoughts. When you receive a memory or a feeling switch to something that makes you happy. Fixate yourself on someone else (family or friends). Here is a mixture that works.

Don't drink - Causes depression (decreasing serotonin).

Exercise - A natural boost, increased serotonin (makes you feel good.)

Indulge in yourself - Arts, sports, social gatherings, music (up-beat), etc.

Positivity - Plan your day.

I was reading some articles on relationships and how it contributes to our mind health. These articles were written by professors who did thorough studies about people in love, break-ups, romances etc. I found it interesting because studies had shown people in new relationships who are in the "love stage where their was an exceptional amount of sex" fell into a slight depression. If I find it I'll send you a link.

Your saying, that we identify bonds between people as love in some cases because it's what we need for the moment because were empty in the areas that are all of a sudden being satisfied. If friendship isn't present than eventually the bond that exists with the phi-sod of sex, money, looks or etc. will be broken and the only thing that will be left is annoyance because you cannot break free from this person that was just a filler to begin with.

Married couples that have been together for a period of time and who are “friends” also depart because why? The filler. It's just (too) much to really get involved with this subject.

Friendships are nice and their are no expectations to fulfill (just to be a good friend.) That way you can focus other areas to improve. This is logical.

I've read all of your answers, and they are interesting. It's amazing how far this religion has gotten and also how it's been left wide open for our own interpretations. I strongly believe (my opinion) that their are lessons for life if we choose to see that. A friend of mine was just telling me a few nights ago his take on this. One thing, we cannot choose how we want our god to be because we don't like the outcome or the rules don't exactly fit to our way of life. Their are consequences for ever action in life, a fact. With every negative a positive and reverse. Always in life a result, why not in death? This is something we see and understand. No matter how we came to be it's for sure a creation. Like an artist, creating something from nothing. It's was a thought that came to be.

Well at the moment, games. Not ones I want to play but ones that require me to play. I just realized that maybe just maybe my creativeness is directed in the wrong areas and needs to be redirected for my own personel gain. It's the ego and agenda game. Have you ever played it? I don't recommend it. Anywho, I've been invitited for a trip to LA to see an old friend who is a well known photographer, he has a studio. By the way a painter in oil.....

In my minds eye my shoes leave my feet, I walk down a path in a beautiful garden to a waiting fountain which i neal down and speak without speaking thrusting my words up to my god. Gathering water into my hands I drink, wash my face and then walk away. This is our place to meet halfway.

Relationships are hard work I agree, and in many ways I'm glad this is what it is and nothing more. But I'm a person of many occasions and situations which yes are risky and this is my way which makes me who I am. If we all shared that same thoughts, opinions and social lives their would be no diversity. Yes, in my opinion/experiences a certain percentage of religious people are judgmental because they chose that path of perfection “Of God ." What I was aiming for was to find others like myself who has shared the same situation. I myself have belief.

Your language sounds familiar, and maybe you've just hit too close to home.

Imagine given this enormous puzzle to put together maybe 10,000 pieces or so, and you have a certain amount of time to put it all together. Keep in mind it's black and white musical notes. Your looking for all the black because it stands out the most but really the white edges are keeping it all together.

This can just not make any sense, or it's as clear as crystal.
