I should be there for at least a few.

I definitely consider a car a gadget, just a real damn expensive one.
Why wouldn't I have a meeting from 4-5 today......gonna be late to this one. Should be able to make tomorrows though.
I'd like a bigger TV, maybe a 50", definitely the new iPhone coming out, and the new Audi A4. I'm also trying to get a second monitor for the home office.
I mean he went into all the CSS files and changed every mention of Trebuchet with Helvetica, then told me.
Way to be a bully Scrivs. lol
She's fine, what can I say. Liela Arcieri is like a hidden gem. I'd have a poster of her, but......I'm 25 and don't live in a dorm room anymore.
Are these sites someone taking the place of Cliques?
That list will definitely change, but for now, I'd take all of those women.
I love the red wines (shiraz and cabs). I've never been a huge fan of the white wines. I think it takes a while to get used to reds, I didn't like them initially, but when I got to trying different kinds, I started to like them more.
Mine is definitely American football. Loved playing it in high school, and nothing has ever matched how fun the physical aspect of it is.
Looks definitely come first for me. I need to be attracted to something, and looks do that first normally for me. Then I pay attention to how they carry themselves physically (how they dress, body language, etc.), then personality. How they hold a conversation is key, so I agree with Ozone on that note.
Some awesome true stories.
I've liked Fedora's for a while, but have never had the balls to actually wear one. To me it shows mad confidence when people wear hats like that. I say, if you bought it, wear the hell out of it. It took me a while to work up the confidence to wear the one I have on in my avatar, but now I'm used to it and love wearing the hat even IF people (think: Scrivs) think I look like an old jazz player. lol
So make the jump and wear it with pride.
In that respect, why doesn't Apple create their own software to compete with Flash, Air, Silverlight, etc?
Why re-invent the wheel? I don't know the answer to this, but would it be cheaper to just buy Adobe? I'd think that it would be less of a headache for both Apple and developers, that way Apple controls a great company, and developers don't have to learn another technology "hoping" that it catches on.
I think Nick Cannon is one of the corniest people in Hollywood. I don't see that relationship lasting though.
Anything with mushrooms. I can't stand the taste of them, and they look disgusting.
Mine, like others, would be my iPhone. There is no comparison in terms of things that I normally carry.
Interesting story on the communication power of Twitter.
@RightOn, I bet that's from the "People You May Know" part of Facebook that's fairly new too.
Yeah I agree, they did an awesome job implementing it, and it's not in the way at all of normal browsing on Facebook. I don't think I'll use it a whole lot, but I do like the feature.
Damn, that's pretty thorough. Good work.
I've been trying to find some good hip hop mixtapes on muxtape
Here's the latest one that I made, I think I liked my first one better: jphill.muxtape.com
joshawesome, if you have any hip hop mixtapes on the web, please link me. I've been looking for other peoples mixtapes since I got into muxtape.
I normally listen to hip hop mixtapes too, and when I make them I try to set a tone with the beat throughout the whole tape, whether it's laid back or more upbeat, etc. I also sometimes start out with low paced stuff, the speed it up a little bit then bring it back down towards the end. Almost like trying to tell a story.
I also have my own style in that I always end every mixtape with an instrumental. It's a good way to wind down a mixtape and reflect on what you just listened to.
I use Twhirl at work, and I like it quite a bit, though I wish the UI was a little better looking (more like Twitterific). I used to use Snitter but just it crashed a few times for me, so I switched apps. I've yet to use AlertThingy, but I might give it a try to see how it is.
I think Twitterific lacks a few key features that I really like in Twhirl, like the Shorten URL feature built in, and the different view options (timeline, replies, archive, etc.).
I've changed quite a bit since high school, and every once in a while run into the same thing: people doing that same stuff they were before.
I've matured drastically in terms of my outlook on life, people I surround myself with, my relationships with people, and my career. It's a great feeling for me because I feel like I've grown so much as a person, but it's also real damn sad to see that some people really never change and have no ambition.
I unfortunately don't own johnphillips.com, but I do own johnwphillips.com
Mountain Brothers - Paperchase
Looks like Tiger is creeping up in the rankings.
That is awesome and hilarious, that kid has some skills.
Yeah definitely had a weak start, but he's a stud on Sundays, so you can't rule it out at all.
I never understood the whole ditching of your blog because of Twitter. I haven't written one thing on twitter that has ruined my thoughts of writing a blog.
I believe there is the possibility of faster data speeds with 3G. Here is a quick definition of 3G. I don't think there's a huge infrastructure setup for 3G right now in the US (I could be wrong), but I don't think it's as widely available as the EDGE network, which could explain with maybe and EDGE phone beat out a 3G phone with loading sites.
Great, now I'm going to have to spend more money on a 3G one.
Your tweeting(?) was quite humorous.
I'd recommend the Developers Handbook to anyone looking for CSS/XHTML resources.
