I still don't have the feature, and I've also read that they have a new interface, but still just for a few accounts, mine is not involved yet...

Now i've started planning my day considering every day an hour dedicated to exercise.
I'm lucky because i can "run" at home also, so i don't have to care for weather conditions.
You really made me realize that the schedule was a problem, it was hard to find time not just because i wanted to procrastinate, but because my schedule wasn't really made by an athlete, or better, by someone really wanting to do sports.
Now i guess it is. For sure I have to give up on other thing, days only have 24 hours, but this is good for me, I'm sure.

Next thing you helped me to understamd is how much running can be "mind-helpful", i don't know ifthat's correct in english...
I mean, i chose running because of that, because i think it's a complete sport, and because i also think it can be relaxing...

That's what i'm thinking these days stratobiker...
I think i have to set goals, so i'm doing that.
Preparing a new plan, a war plan, to attack my lazy mind and to convince myself this is what i have to do for myself...

The first theme is amazing, i chose that one.

Things i don't know how to do (comparing the theme to the theme page here:
1) on the sidebar it says there's an accordion script. It's not working on firefox and also ie;
2) how to add the add to technorati and add to delicious on the sidebar top;
3) add the little bar to bookmark posts on delicious, etc.;
4) how to add the search field.

For sure the spreadsheet is a way to procrastinate.. That's what i find really hard to do...
This thing is really something i can't commit to.

It's for sure because i know at the beginning it would be very very hard, i'm starting with something called "hard walking", which is a sort of first step for a first approace to running, and i know it will be hard as much as i know i have to do it for myself, i know it's going to be great...

I thought about the Nike+iPod thing, but i can't buy that because i'm going to buy an ipod touch this month or at christmas, and i think it works only with the nano.

For sure among all sports "available" running is the one i really like i think, i would never go to a gym, or doing some other sports...

This evening for sure i will start, i'll let you know if i can go for a week at least :P

That isn't correct I think :)

As someone said it's better to preferer a touch if your forst choise was a Nano, in my case it was.
But if you need storage, it's better to give up the new extra beautiful and cool interface for an iPod Classic...

Doubt: I was on the store online, to see if estimated time for delivery still was 7-10 days, and then i saw suggested things for people who bought iPod Touch: there was the radio remote!

They say you can't use this extra with ipod touch so.. Is it true?

What makes me really happy about the touch is the screen.
I use a lot of podcasts, larger part of them are video podcasts, and i think the nano, but also the classic screen would be a lot more different ;)

If i'll take the touch, for sure i'll have to make a selection of music to add on it, 'cause of the storage, and that's why i think i'm going to wait and maybe buy the 16 gb.
That's the last dounbt I have: is it worth to spend a 100 € for more 8 gb?

The storage is for sure a problem...
But I think 8 gb could be enough for me.

Before I had a 20 gb, iPod 1st generation, and it was too much for me, so buying an 80 gb iPod classic it's too much.

I quite decided for the Touch, even though i'm really disappointed i can't take notes with it.
I'm going to buy the 8 gb because i think 100 € for 8 gb more is too much of a difference.

Found a nice review on MacGuide, if someone else has doubt as I do :)

Have you "tested" the touch with different wireless access points?
I have one at home (a Digicom Office Wave C) and for example my Nintendo Ds is not supported.

Estimated delivery in Italy for iPod Touch is 7-10 days (8gb version)

@LorriM & auburn: I agree with you guys, you can do lists, but sometimes it happens (to me) that lists aren't enough.

The spreadsheet I put together (of course a super beta) is something that comes before the daily list: I have an overview of all activities and a table that helps me with my daily list, because it tells me and reminds me of all the activities I have to do and when I can do them.

Hope you would like to give suggestions.

I agree with you guys, it's all about listing and prioritize.
That could seem bad, but i think we could turn this need of putting everything into tables into something good, a real way of doing everything we want and need to.

I'm working on the spreadsheet, i'll let you know :)

I use them at work, where i have to use outlook to manage my emails, and i found them absolutely usefull!!

I don't use filters in gmail, because having to apply labels helps me not to leav emessages archived without reading them for a long time.
I have to read them as soon as possibile so i can archive them.

Meditation (thinking of positive effects of efforts made)

Rewards (for instance, i have my coffee ritual in the morning, a thing i really love to do, that motivates me to wake up early)

Information (to be informed about what you have to do helps you focus and most of all helps you get more on more interested, wanting to know always a bit more, and doing more)

The bad thing about iPod Touch is the memory, max 16 gb, I'd love to have more...

I like the new Touch, but i would buy a new Nano i guess, because i can add the radio with 49 € more, and i think an mp3 player without a radio it's not a good idea anymore... And i can put photos and videos on the nano too with new bigger screen, i like it.
