What song is guaranteed to get you on the dance floor?

I'm putting together a playlist for my upcoming nuptials (because if I leave it up to my DJ brother, we'll be listening to Blind Boy Fuller all night).
I'm wracking my brain to think of those classic songs (good or cheesy) that get everyone grooving. So far I've got:
I Will Survive
YMCA
Dancing Queen
Superfreak
Closer by Nine Inch Nails (ha ha - although I do enjoy that song . . . hmmm)
What are your suggestions??

Add "Pump it up," of course; but for the all-time #1 gets-'em-out-there-every-time song I'd have to go with Eddie Floyd, "Knock on wood." No one ever thinks to request it; but if I'm the one DJing I always get a couple of "thanks for thinking of that"s afterward, and if I'm the one requesting it the *DJ* always says "thanks for thinking of that" afterward. Use the 1966 original, of course, not one of the umpteen covers -- accept no substitutes!
And best of luck!

I suggest ridiculous songs like you can't resist dancing to - like:
- Everybody Dance Now
- Pump Up The Jam
- Bust a Move
And there's one that is sooo good that I heard it playing at a block party recently and was possessed... (wish I could remember it now, but I'm drawing a blank...)

Having just come from a wedding the answer is, "whatever random song my female friends drag me out to the dance floor for." hehehe

I don't get out on dance floors much unless I'm very drunk (to the girl I danced with last weekend: could you tell me who you were, your name, what you looked like again?).
I don't know, really. Lots of 90s bands are good for jiving: Culture Beat, Snap, Robin S, Ce Ce Peniston...
More recent, LCD Sound System, and the Chemical Brothers of course.
What you can do is go to last.fm (or some other music recommendation site), search for songs you know, and listen to previews of related music.
Oh, and don't forget Dancing With Myself for the loners out there.

Kanye's "Golddigger", it's just a great song to dance to. Also, Michael Jackson's "Don't Stop Til You Get Enough" which is self explanatory. Seal Paul songs always have that dance vibe to them, as well. I'm sure there are tons of others that I can't think about right now.

I could suggest a couple but I dont suppose you'd want to play psytrance and other such at a wedding

@roro - Is your brother an actual DJ or is he just DJing your reception? From past experience I know some reception halls require insurance so I wouldn't want you to get stuck in the dark .

My favourite for the dance floor is Underworld - Born Slippy. Guaranteed to separate the Discotheque Lovers from the Rave Nutters. :-D

@Eleni - my brother's just hanging out near the iPod that will be playing our "wedding mix". This arrangement has been reception hall approved - but thanks for the tip!!
Thanks for the latest suggestions. Baby Got Back - FANTASTIC. The list grows - I also remember ABC's The Look of Love the other day. Can't forget that cheesy classic.
