"Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band"
I think I'd like that band just for the name.

I love questions like this. I've spent HOURS on the net scouring for music from the tips I get. I wish I could make money doing it. I'd be king.

Thanks for the tip on The Dresden Dolls. I like it. Good stuff. "Delilah" is really cool.

Lacey Mosley sounds like that girl (Morgan Lander) from Kittie.

Well, it's influenced a lot by what I'm listening to recently, but:
Annie Lennox
Elizabeth Frazier
...and after that it's too hard to decide!

Sharon den Andel. The music is BIG. Sounds good. "The Howling" is impressive.
"Ah Mary" has to be my favorite Grace Potter track. Powerfully done.

Yeah, I saw the Dresden Dolls live which was also my introduction to them and all I can say is WOW! The music on CD is great but it pales in comparison to how Amanda and Brian play off each other in person. Coin Operated Boy for instance was just brilliant. :D
And I noticed the similarity between the girl from Kittie and Flyleaf too.
In unrelated news, I love that there is a Flyleaf song in Rock Band. :D

There is no way I can narrow it down to three - five was hard enough.
Patsy Cline, Billie Holiday, Mirah, Laura Nyro, Jenny Lewis.

Laura Nyro is pretty interesting. I do like Rilo Kiley.
