Hi all. I'm a pure writer first, but I've recently found myself getting into selling 125x125 ad space on my blog. Currently I am charging an amount that some have told me is far too low.
Is there a formula you use as related to daily uniques etc. that helps you set a price? I'm probably going to get a lot more into this so i need some help setting price for ad space.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Raise your prices high enough so that advertisers start balking, and then drop them a bit from that until they agree to the price. Sorry for not being more mathematical in my reasoning but the price you sell ads at is determined by a ton of factors, and in the end, it should simply be the value that advertisers see in your site which is determined by how much money they will pay.
Something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.
