Everyone (hopefully) knows the exploits of this group of charming lads from posh-land (and Terry Gilliam), but I've always found it hard to agree on a favourite, so why don't you lot share you're opinions too?
My personal favourite would probably be the Argument Clinic, found here for your viewing pleasure. Very well written, cracks me up everytime :)

I prefer the Movies over the sketches (the meaning of life being my favorite) but if I had to pick a sketch I'd have to say the Dead Parrot is hilarious.

I'm with RightOn about the movies. But, sketches... It's a tie between the Spanish Inquisition and the Dear Parrot.

There are loads to choose from (There were 45 episodes of Flying Circus as well as the specials and the films).
I couldn't find a clip of my favourite where a man visiting a house left on his own witnesses things falling down on their own only to have the butler come in and look unconvinced when he explains that he didn't do it over and over again (obvious this escalates a lot!).
But, this is probably my equal first choice: The Dirty Hungarian Phrase Book

Haha, I love the Dirty Hungarian Phrase Book. Hilarious.
I think my favorite is the Sci-Fi Sketch:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3

Dead parrot, Ministry of Silly Walks, Hitler in the UK.. so many to choose from.
And, of course, the funniest joke in the World:
