I'm working on my first WordPress theme, and I'd love some feedback. You can see it here.
As you may be able to tell (or read there) it uses no images, has only three colors, and displays only one font. This was mostly because I didn't want to spend too much time on a theme that's meant primarily to teach me the ropes.
Comments? Advice?
Thanks.

In the sidebar the lines underneath the headings are wider than the sidebar itself so they spill into the main content area. (on FF2 and Safari3 on a Mac)
I'd try to add some styling to the lists in the sidebar as well, some padding maybe and lose the bullets or replace them with something more interesting and less "default" looking.
I'd also add some padding around the post meta information as the dotted border kind of blends in with the links' underlines. Same for the date element, just some more padding to separate the border from the text.
And, I guess I'd play around with the typography a bit too. It's very simple and I think it could do a ton to enhance the overall feel of the page.
All in all it's good work, it just needs some little detail work. :)

It's great and all but why use serif font? try adjusting the line-height to something larger, that might help the typography on the site.
