I came to the 9rules site to refresh my subscription to the OPML file and I cant seem to find it on 9rules... where is it?

OK, I hate not being cutting edge but I totally am not hip on the whole OPML thing. Can someone point me to a good primer on what it is, when to use it, how it will make my life better and get me more ladies, etc?
