I read this book more then a year ago, it was paperback so I lost it and then couldn't remember the title and author. Today I opened a Moleskine I hadn't looked at in ages and there I had it written, "Decipher" by Stel Pavlou
I kept thinking about this book and how I want to read more of this kind of stories. Mystery like, based on existing legends and mysteries, in case of "Decipher" the lost city of Atlantis. I found this book really good, full of mysteries and thrillers. This is one of those lesser known books that are pretty good.
Anyone know more books in the same category? Others more obvious one that I already read are "The Da Vinci Code" and "The Rule of Four". It's hard to browse for these specific books, so any suggestions are welcome.

No suggestions yet, since I don't know many of these book types (although, ironically, my recent short stories have been heading in this similar direction). Just wanted to say that my wife read Decipher about 6 months ago and she absolutely loved it. I'll be reading it myself soon (Hmm... January fiction suggestion?) but currently it's being held captive by my mother, who's also enthralled with the story.
