it's not complete just yet because it's still in review. however, I would like to get some outside thoughts about the site and the overall experience.
It's not fully optimized and there are some minor usability tweaks to clean up. but any and all comments are welcomed.
Thanks guys.

very nice, overall, a little hard to read copy fields (line space), and fonts over the big buttons somehow don't fit (just my impression)... other than that good job :)

thanks Krasnal, yeah I didn't embed the font. Stupid mistake, didn't realize it until it tested it on another computer. that's fixed now.

Overall I like the page. I do agree with kransal about the font over the buttons not fitting. For me it is the 'g' on the last button. Maybe go don one size on the font and raise it a hair. Also, for me the page itself seems too low from center. I'm not saying bring it completely to middle, but raise it a little bit. Hope the opinion helps.

looks much better now, if I was picky (and I am :P), I would have to say that the queen of hearts on the first page sends wrong message - come gamble with us - or something like that ;)
also that lady with the rose on the fulfillment page... what exactly is she representing coz I got confused :)
I am not sure about the copy still, sometimes it is still hard to read (contrast is weak on some pages), u could try to add 2pixels more in between the lines.
Finally, SonicGumbo is right about the site being to low from the top, it looks great in resolutions higher than 1024 vertical pixels, but many laptops and smaller LCDs still have only 768 in vertical so u might consider fitting the site into more screens. Logo, perhaps, would look better if on the same level with the top navi, with less space on top?

Thanks for the input folks.
Yeah I questioned their reasoning about the images they chose. They used the images and copy in their marketing materials so for the sake of continuity I had to use their new creative. Which from a marketing point is good because it helps reinforce their brand but the metaphors, to me, are confusing as you stated.
Oh well. That's life building a sites for clients who have precise ideas as to what they want.
On to the next.
