I ran across this the other day and LOVE it!
Dean Robinson wasn't too pleased with the "upgrade" to the Admin side of WordPress so he took inspiration from OrderedLists Steve Smith and his Tiger Admin overhaul and made on of his own.
I'm running it on my beta install of 2.5 but will be installing it on ALL of my blogs once 2.5 becomes official.
You HAVE to see it... it's, well, gorgeous.

I actually just stumbled across that yesterday, which motivated me to try out the WP 2.5 beta on my local machine. I actually like the new admin UI for 2.5, but I would like to try out Fluency as well. I'm not sure about that dark color scheme though.

The new 2.5 Admin look seems too fat and spaced out for me.
Yeah I wish he would make a couple theme color variants.

Ok I just gave Fluency a quick and dirty run through. I do like it actually, and given new color schemes, I could see myself using it more. I'm wondering, though, If you will be able to get new color schemes for the default 2.5 admin panels.
In the Users>Your Profile section, you can choose from two different color schemes. Maybe you will be able to add to those in the future?

Hmmmm, now that you mention it... I just noticed the color theme thing in the User panel.
Interesting... I wonder if that could be integrated into Fluency to allow user selected color schemes with the same layout.

Looking Good, can't wait. Wp-admin sucks without some nice clothes on.

eh, it's okay. These days I try to use 3 column themes so I can get as much stuff as possible above the scroll.

You do know that it's ok to scroll on the web right? :P

Yeah sometimes you don't want as much stuff as possible because how can you focus on anything? You can't tell me all the stuff you put above the scroll is of great importance for your users to see? Then again if we are just talking admin themes then yeah I can see your point.

I loved the Tiger Admin back in the old days when it used to work and after version 2.1, it just stopped working entirely for me.
I'm glad to see that there is a reincarnation somewhere and it's looking spiffier than ever. That been said, I'll probably have to say goodbye to the SpotMilk admin theme that I've been using for a long while, with a Java dropdown page bar and an AJAX dashboard.
