You did a great job Abi, being in front of the camera for the first time can be tough since you are really just talking to yourself. I started vlogging this year and my first attempt was Sexy, Single and Whaaa?!. I haven't looked back since and do one daily on Yo Scrivs. I need to touch the design up a bit, but here is an easier archive to view.
I simply use my iSight with iMovie '05 I think. I keep it old school.

I haven't been sucked into vlogging yet. Although the thought has crossed my mind a few times. I think you looked okay on there. Maybe a bit nervous 'sall (Ewww, fish juice!)

I don't have a video blog but I must say that your expressions are priceless. :) I would imagine it would be raise the trust factor for those watching if you have an honest good response. More likely someone would try it if they hadn't because the facial expressions just don't match words lol.
